If rich countries must make more efforts, particularly in term of finances and technology transfer, United Nations members must also depending on the contexts which correspond to a set of particular circumstances, make efforts at their level, and depending to the means at their disposal, in order to implement a series of beneficial actions both locally and internationally, because there are countries that depend much more on the efforts undertaken by others. Si les pays riches doivent faire davantage d’efforts, notamment en termes de finances et de transfert de technologies, les membres des Nations Unies doivent aussi, selon les contextes qui correspondent à un ensemble de circonstances particulières, faire des efforts à leur niveau, et selon les moyens dont ils disposent, afin de mener une série d’actions bénéfiques tant au niveau local qu’international, car il y a des pays qui dépendent beaucoup plus des efforts entrepris par d’autres.
