Une parole sans actes est sans effet, parce que la parole qui est elle-même la conséquence d’une action, ne peut pas avoir de sens sans actes. Ce sont les actes qui achèvent l’ouvrage amorcé par la parole, en donnant à cette même parole qui est un acte, une assise inébranlable qui affermi la foi des croyants. Les mots prononcés et même mis par écrit sont le produit d’une action qui a besoin d’actes supplémentaires pour sauver des âmes. Il s’agit d’un besoin de complémentarité qui dit qu’il ne peut pas avoir l’un sans l’autre. La parole est un acte qui porte toujours à l’action, et la qualité des actes et leur portée en société, dépendent de la qualité de relation que nous entretenons avec Dieu. Santé

La ressource humaine allouée aux établissements de santé et notamment dans les coins reculés est insignifiante, voire même inexistante par endroits, pour des raisons sécuritaires, structurelles, personnelles, financières et socio-culturelles qui traduisent notamment la nécessité de produire des efforts supplémentaires en terme d’attractivité, qui ne peuvent produire les fruits escomptés que par une accélération du processus de décentralisation. A word without actions is ineffective because the word, which is itself the consequence of an action, cannot have meaning without actions. It is actions that complete the work begun by the word, by giving this same word, which is an action, an unshakable foundation that strengthens the faith of believers. The words spoken and even written are the product of an action that requires additional actions to save souls. In other words, it is a need for complementarity which says that there cannot be one without the other. The word is an act that always leads to action, and the quality of the actions, and their impact on society depend on the quality of the relationship we maintain with God.
